Terms and Conditions of Tour Bookings
By booking any of our tours you are accepting this agreement, you agree that you have carefully read, fully understand and agree the terms and conditions described in the following clauses.
Cancellation Policy
There is a fee for wire transfer of you cancel for any reason, and any transfer fee will be deducted from the money that you have already sent. Your money will be refunded back to you according to the following criteria.
If you cancel your tour with less than 48 hours our tour driver is already taken the time for you and arrangements are already made on your behalf by our coordinator. You will be refunded one half of your fee. If you choose to reschedule the remaining balance can be applied to a future tour.
Rescheduling policy
If you would like to reschedule your tour, please let us know at least one day before or as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your tour.
Tour Transfer Policy
If you have already booked your tour with us but for any reason you will no longer be able to attend the tour then your ticket can be transferred to another person either your friend or family member. But the money cannot be refund
Failure to show up policy
In case you have already booked any of our tours, but you fail to show up, no refund will be issued
Weather condition policy
Sometimes Oaxaca is surrounded by several uncontrollable forces of nature. From hurricanes to floods, but this applies only on rainy season. Other natural disaster might occur like earthquakes. We will cancel the tour if any of these criteria affect our activity. In case you need a cancellation due to these circumstances a full refund will be issued.
